All students, teachers, and researchers at colleges and universities of Tianjin City
Requirements:
1. Works include pictures and videos shot with analytical equipment owned by institutes of the Tianjin Microstructural Competition Alliance (including but not limited to TEM, SEM, AFM, LSCM, X-ray Microscopy, and Raman Spectroscopy), with no limitations on categories and contents.
2. Works must have been shot within the recent 2 years, have not been awarded in any other competition, and do not infringe on the intellectual or other patents of any third party. An original work declaration should be signed. The committee owns the usufruct of the submitted work as an authorization agreement must be signed by the participant.
3. Original and final versions should be provided. Toning and beatifying with imagination are encouraged on the basis of keeping the original form to add to the artistic quality while destruction of the original shapes like compositing or modifying is prohibited.
4. 2 creators maximum for 1 single work. One is not allowed to submit more than 3 pieces.
5. A description of the production procedure is required, which includes the category of samples, equipment name and type, time of shooting, production methods, technical challenges, as well as the artistic interpretation of the final version. No more than 300 characters are suggested.
Registration Guide:
Participants must submit their work in due time to the official email address tjuchemistry@163.com. The subject and the name of the files should be Microstructural Photography + University + School + Name + Tel. A reply to the email indicates a successful submission.
Submitted materials should include:
Original Version, final version, signed original work declaration and authorization agreement,
introductory form, and registration form. Pictures should be in the format of JPG, PNG, BMP, or TIFF and no larger than 30M combined. Videos should be in the format of WMV, MP4, AVI, or GIF and no larger than 100M.
