In its recent 2018 campus recruitment Program, Tiandy Technologies Co. Ltd, founded by TJU alumnus Dai Lin, launched the “TJU-Tiandy VIP Express Program” for TJU graduates. The company held a recruitment fair at the Weijin Road Campus on October10, where competent graduates were selected for the program and applicants’ resumes were collected.
In the program, Tiandy executives who graduated from TJU will serve as career mentors, each selecting two TJU graduates and providing them with exclusive guidance on employment. Among the guided graduates, ten will be granted VIP status, which means that they will not only directly enter the company, but they will also enjoy higher wages and more benefits than other new employees.
Dai Lin, the founder and Chairman of Tiandy, graduated from Tianjin University in 1991 with a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering. He was elected as a Deputy to the 18th CPC National Congress. Now he is considered to be an expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council, and as being Vice Chair of the Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is a supervisor of TJU’s Tailei Class and Xuanhuai Class, and serves as the Executive Director of the Tianjin University Peiyang Education Development Foundation.
Tiandy has been recruiting TJU graduates since 1999. At present, four executives at Tiandy graduated from the University. Many other TJU graduates hold important positions and participate in decision-making in the company.
