On March 8, 2018, Fun Sports Games were held at both the Weijin Road and the Peiyang Park Campus of Tianjin University in order to celebrate the 108th International Working Women's Day, where nearly 900 female teachers participated in the games.

The Games were divided into two parts: jogging and fun exercises, where interesting activities of various kinds were included, such as a “nine-legged race" and a “walking race with tennis balls”. During the games, all the female teachers tried their best and worked together to win each race, showing their pride and happiness on the special day.

The tradition of Fun Sports Games for Women’s Day has been held for many years. It is known as a TJU brand activity specially created for the female faculty whose service and achievements in the University are greatly appreciated.
