On May 27, 2017 the Third Design Exhibition was opened in Zheng Dong Library at Peiyang Park Campus of Tianjin University (TJU). The exhibition was jointly organized by the Industrial Design Major from the School of Mechanical Engineering and the Animation Major from the School of Computer Software. The exhibition is open until June 19 and is open to the public. 

The Exhibition included eight themes: Sill, Texture, Result, Experience, Nature, Genuine, Trend, and Horizon. 

During the opening ceremony, Tianjin University and CMW Holding Limited Joint Innovation Lab and TJU-Tianjin Dongyi Magnesium Products Co., Ltd. Joint Innovation Lab were inaugurated.
