Office of Human Resources

 

The Office of Human Resources of Tianjin University is a functional department implementing the relevant principles and policies of personnel by the Party, state and competent departments at all levels, and makes overall planning of personnel and recruiting talent. It has the Recruitment and Talent Introduction Section, Office of the High-level Talents, Postdoctoral Office, Teachers’ Development Central Office, Integrated Management Office, the Teachers’ Construction Section, Labor and Social Security section and the Human Resources Management Center. It is mainly responsible for the recruitment of teaching and administrative staff,  the appraisal and engagement of professional titles, remuneration, welfare, assessment, training, circulation and so on. In recent years, with the breakthrough of the introduction and use of overseas high-level talents and the point-cutoff of young teacher team construction, it promotes the personnel and distribution system reform, innovates talent working mechanism, and tries to construct a high-level teacher team with high ethics, devotion to teaching, as well as proper structure and high international competitiveness.
